"This place has a great combo of comfortable and clean rooms, public onsen for guests, lounge with drinks and snacks, close to subway for exploring Kyoto, next to 24 hrs market, and convenient pharmacy, lots of neighborhood streets with residents and unique restaurants. Definitely would stay here again. "

"A great hotel close to the famous Pontocho alley. The bed and bedding were so comfortable and super clean just like all the room amenities. We love this hotel. The buffet breakfast and lunch were above average for the food quality and taste even though the selection was limited. We’ll stay here again next time we visit downtown Kyoto. "

"The room was wonderful, bed was clean ans comfortable, and i loved the shower/bath in its own room. Makes for a nice spa like evening after walking 30k steps. 5 minutes away from kyoto station and lots to see and do in the surrounding area. They also have a hotel onsen for patrons. I will come back on my next trip to Kyoto."

"Staff was friendly, housekeeping did an excellent job. The only negative thing is that the smoking room allows too much smoke into the lobby and the laundry room. We used the laundry room and our clothes smelled of cigarette smoke. Maybe a better ventilation or air purifier would eliminate the smell of smoke"

"The room was spacious and great for just the 2 of us. We were surprised by the breakfast varities and to be honest, the onsem facilities too. Just that i only onow I need to take tattoo cover sticker beforehand, it would be great to be made aware earlier. Hope they can spare more than 2 cover for people with bigger tatts. Anyway, the hotel is spotless. Will def come back to stay and recommend to others"

"An excellent place right in the heart of the shopping area in Kyoto. Easy to access by public transport, and great facilities and guest perks. The staff were kind and very helpful with our luggage too, and the room was comfortable and modern. Would happily book again"
