"A really nice man, I believe the owner, checked me in. I didn’t see any staff after that. It was quiet and convenient for my stay on my Friends and Family Tour ‘26. I wasn’t expecting the Taj Mahal but I was pleasantly surprised at the comfortable bed and the clean room. A bonus, there’s a great coffee shop called Mia’s in Shelbina. It’s in the grocery store with a drive up."

"Clean, quiet, and enjoyable hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"What a gem of a stay! We wanted to find a place to stay near Kirksville. This was about a 40 minutes drive but it gave us the ability to have our own dwelling to cook our own food knowing we travel with a dog! Thank you Julie, we hope to return in the spring!"

"Clean, comfortable like being home.We enjoyed our stay and plan returning."

"The cabin and property are very well maintained. Had neighbors staying in the nearby cottage with zero issues. Check in and out was smooth and communication was great."

"This was one of the nicest VRBOs where we have stayed! The space was clean and very well appointed from the large dining table to the excellent mattresses to the soft white towels. Everything was where you would expect it to be and the extra touches made it feel like home."
