"Localización y tamaño. Falta mantenimiento: el agua se va varias veces a lo largo del día por falta de presión, el extractor de la cocina no funcionó en 10 días a ninguna hora, y la ventana del dormitorio estaba rota, no se pudo abrir en 10 días. A los 5 días de estar allí se descolgó hacia dentro con el viento y tuvieron que apuntalarla con un palo para que no se cayera. Así estuvo los 5 días restantes."

"Good property and location, a lot of mosquitoes once you step outside. Ok food selection at hotel restaurant and quality is good. Awesome bartenders and waiters. Helpful front desk. Pluming needs work."

"I will only mention a couple things that kept me from giving all 5 stars. This hotel is beautiful. This town is AMAZING, keep it a secret! The only things I didn’t like about the hotel were THE PILLOWS, #1 issue. The pillows were filled with literally air. I slept on the bathrobes the towels anything. So if you go to this hotel, bring your own. I’m not a pillow snob I swear. Otherwise beautiful property, great staff and amazing breakfast’"

"This is a beautiful resort that resets the mind and body. The room is spectacular with heated bathroom tiles and amenities. The food is very good with a variety of choices. The spa is very relaxing and you can stay by the pool and enjoy the atmosphere. The pool area is clean and you can enjoy the poolside bar and restaurant. There is a shuttle to the beach club that offers full service chairs, umbrella and food. It is a lovely resort."

"Well located, close to the beach front and access to nearby beaches. Horizonte restaurant in the 7th floor was very good for dinner, the room was comfortable with a good view. I would stay there again."

"We had an overnight stay when flying out of Lisbon. The room was spacious and clean with a wonderful sunset view. The hotel itself was very nice, as was all of the staff members we had interactions with. We took advantage of the pool which was nice, but the steps and day beds were in need of a good cleaning. Otherwise, a fantastic stay and we would definitely recommend."

"like a resort"

"We had a very poor experience here, when we checked in there was no information on where things are or how the resort operates I had to request more information, and after checking in it was nearly impossible to get a hold of reception for any issues as they do not answer the phone, we were on the eco-resort and I had to get in the car and travel back to reception to get any kind of a response. They also take a deposit of one nights stay and said they would return it 72 hours after check out but...

"Like any beach hotel, I feel like they show their age pretty quickly. The location was great with it right on the water, and having a heated indoor outdoor pool was fabulous. The pool could definitely use some work and the carpet in the room was stained but overall, the place is quite nice and definitely has a relaxing vibe."

"Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with our overall experience. The rooms are quite dated and, in our opinion, do not feel particularly luxurious. Our room also wasn’t cleaned on one of the days, despite us being out at the pool for the entire day. The main pool area was another disappointment. The sun loungers and seating are very basic, with no cushions, and the pool service was very limited. Cups and glasses were left on tables throughout the day without being collected, which...

"Excelente ubicación, limpieza y descanso. Habitación amplia. El pueblo es super agradable para comer y estar muy tranquilo."

"Clean and well kept rooms with a good breakfast. The staff were nice and very helpful."

"Zimmer zum Garten ruhig und sehr schöner Blick - nach vorne zur Straße nicht zu empfehlen, da laut. Frühstück sehr gut. Personal insgesamt sehr freundlich und angenehm. Lage OK, aber doch sehr weit von den Stränden."
