"Rooms are large, well maintained and clean! The staff welcomed us and had our room ready 4 hours early! Area is great and restaurant was excellent! We will be back!!!"

"Beautiful magical place and great food as well."

"Chambre et salle de bain magnifiques. Hôtesse sympathique."

"Ruime parking. Behulpzaam personeel; voorziening van gefruit water aan de ingang bij grote hitte."

"Perfect stay. Beautiful French estate, great location Ouest of Paris, quiet and peaceful close to the Seine river. Gorgeous! Great breakfast and possibility for dinner on site. Great food and chef! Wonderful place!"

"If you are looking for quiet luxury, a picturesque setting, and proximity to a forest trail with access to the Seine, then look no further than this spot in the valley. The host is fluent in 3 languages, the room is perfectly appointed, and the pool and lounge areas are a lovely spot to unwind. Breakfast was perfectly simple French Village style, and enjoyed best on the patio. If you want to avoid the over priced B and Bs of Giverney, or the cookie cutter hotels of Vernon, this is the place...

"Terrible hotel. This was the worst place I stayed at in France. The room had a horrible sewage-like smell that seemed to be coming from the ventilation. The towels were old, worn out, and unpleasant to use. When I tried to take a shower, there was only cold water. I went to reception, and after checking, the receptionist told me everything was fine. "Property looked great in pictures, fairly decent upon arrival. The main disappointment was that there was absolutely no one present in the whole property when we arrived. We had to call a phone number and wait until the receptionist arrived and took us to our room. The restaurant was not open and so was the spa. The property and room were fair but we would not recommend this place at all for the absolute lack of service availability."

"Very pet friendly, don’t like taking of advance payment from my card on arrival."

"We had an amazing week at the River House. Our family included teens and adults. Thanks to information from our host we were able to easily get into Paris, visit the D-Day beaches, Chateau Gaillard and other nearby sites. Wouldn’t hesitate to book this delightful home again."

"Very nice place to stay. The apartment is clean and feels homey, and the host is a great communicator."

"Sehr schöner Garten, Haus nett eingerichtet, aber an vielen Stellen renovierungsbedürftig..."

"Chambre propre, confortable et calme. Plus aménagée que je ne m'y attendais avec coin cuisine et grande choix de vaisselle. Propriétaires très accueillants"
