"The hotel and the premises were very comfortable. I look forward to staying there on my next trip."

"The property is 1 of the closest hotels to the intrust bank arena for concerts and events. Easy walking distance to arena and to some fast food restaurants. The hotel is in poor condition when it comes to appearances, maintaining the furniture and the walls/ceilings. I will pick a different hotel my next concert."

"I wouldn't stay there if I were dead. The staff was worthless and left me out on the street after driving 300 miles to get there."

"We loved the central location and washer/dryer. Rooms were very clean and well stocked with necessities. Our daughter got car sick just as we made it in to Wichita and we were so happy to have an in room washer and dryer with provided laundry detergent to clean her clothes and car seat. Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful."

"Nice clean place to spend the night"

"Everything from check in to check out was perfect! Room was spacious and clean. Bed was possibly the most comfortable hotel bed ever!"

"Professional staff and the manager is a rock star! My daughter forgot something at the room and we only realized after we got home 4 hours later. Manager was super helpful, was able to get the housekeeping crew to retrieve the item and so nice to ship to us once I provided a shipping label! I'm forever grateful!"
