"The location is good and the design of the lobby is nice BUT the cleaning is very poor: 1- The shower is unclean at least in our room. 2- We asked them more than 3 times after they “clean” the room to make the bed and take the trash out. How do you clean the room if you don’t empty the trash bin or make the bed? 3- The lightbulb was flickering in the bathroom and it delays when it’s switched on. 4- The WiFi is slow."

"Broken items inside room, AC never worked, stains all over the carpets walking outside, just felt dirty"

"Wonderful staff. Excellent location. Room was small but manageable."

"A great stay! The room was comfortable and the location was an easy walk to train stations and local destinations. Staff held our bags with no issue until time of check in so we could go explore Glasgow."

"Great stay easy access to tram for airport or Edinburgh"

"Con este precio en Edimburgo todo ha sido bien."
