"I think the upkeep of the property is going down a bit. Last time I stay here’s everything look brand news. Now it look old just from a year ago. I Liked everything about it, breakfast was the best I see so far. Love their take on laos food, they make every dish special. They make it tiny but it perfectly makes. Their staff is the best I see. Pay attention to the customer. Giving 5 stars to the staff"

"This place is wonderful. Clean, comfortable bed, excellent quality sheets and towels, great AC, owner speaks better English than you or me. Shower great - a strange bamboo shower head! Worked well though. You will love it - unless you are nuts."

"I've stayed here three times: 2017, 2019, 2023-twice in the last week. I based a lot of my expectations on previous stays which were excellent. This trip it was very disappointing with no massage, no gym, no lunch or dinner available. I don't know how they can survive apparently due to COVID aftermath. Staff was as always very friendly, and accommodating. Without amenities returning I don't know that I would stay again. "

"The staff were friendly and as helpful as possible, they quickly gave me a key to a room even though I arrived before the official check-in time and they were quickly to replace it when the door to the first room wouldn't open, they also cleaned up the replacement room as soon as I arrived. The room was comfortable, clean, and had a good selection of various foods for room service or there were plenty of restaurants with delicious food nearby. I highly recommend to anyone who's visiting...

"Very friendly and comfortable hotel. The bathroom could do with an upgrade and damp was rising in the bedroom. Value for money it was great. Probably for younger travellers."
