"This property is located in a beautiful setting and we enjoyed our stay though there is definitely room for improvement. Their hot water hookup seems to time out, and was off when we arrived. Once we were ready for our shower we were forced to deal with icy cold water since it was late. It wasn't until we had asked and had it resolved that we found a tiny card by the coffee maker with "hot water" instructions. It would've been helpful if the card had been in the bathroom. "Very clean overall. Staff was super helpful and nice. Food was also good. Prices are a little higher than other hotels we stayed at during our trip but it was a nicer hotel overall."

"Nothing to do and outdated"

"Overall, the property was nice. But I will say there was a lot and I repeat a lot of insects spiders, geckos, etc. in my bedroom which I notified the staff about, however they didn’t seem to care and told me that I had left the door open even though I had just checked in and hadn’t been in the room. They didn’t even bother to offer another room. They only went ahead and killed the spiders and bugs. And told me to let them know if I found any other insects, bugs ,spiders, etc."

"Staff is very friendly and helpful but hotel needs a lot of maintenance, better basic services (such as quality of sheets and towels). Did not get proper bed sheets (lots of holes in them). Shower was dirty. Hotel has mold and needs better upkeep for sure. Breakfast doesn’t start till 7am - if you must head out early, plan accordingly."

"Endroit très magique proche de la nature, teanquil, très beau à voir le lévé du soleil, attention impecable, lits confortables, je le recommende fortement si vous voulez vous reaxer avec une belle vue. C'est très proche au campanent pour monter le volcan Santa Ana et du mirateur Cerro Verde. Il y a un restaurant sur place, j' ai trouvé des bonnes pizzas."

"Overall the room was charming. I was traveling with a diabetic so we needed a refrigerator in the room. The room had everything except a fridge. That was the only missing comfort. I had nowhere to store the insulin in a cold place. Had to use an ice box to keep insulin cold. But the room was cute and comfortable. If you do not need a fridge. This is a very frugal stay. Parking was very convenient. Overall good 👍 for the price."

Air conditioner kept the room nice and cold - an escape from the hot streets. Everything was within walking distance. Every staff member we encountered was so friendly.
