"We stayed with Kevin twice during our 2-week trip to Dominica. Kevin's place is clean and comfortable, and he's a great cook! Kevin also organizes tours of the Kalinago territory, and I would greatly recommend it! We got to meet local people who showed us and invited us to participate in various aspects of Kalinago culture. "We stayed one night as it was close to the airport and we knew we’d be arriving in the dark. The hostess and her family were so lovely and welcoming. We arrived later than expected and though we had not reserved a dinner meal the hostess graciously made us some sandwiches. The breakfast was delicious. We would stay here again in a heart beat. "AMAZING! Nichi could not have been more friendly or helpful. One of a kind place and host. Beautiful place, inside and out, with tons of character. We even saw humpback whales from the deck that overlooks the bay. Incredible location, complete with a private swimming hole, friendly neighbors who gave me a fist bump on my morning walks, and a delicious fish meal provided by Nichi on our first night. "This is my second stay at the Fort Young Hotel and I will keep going back. The staff is very friendly and polite. Room service was fast and our food came hot every time. The restaurant has amazing food and the wait time isn’t long whether it’s to be seated or to go. Our room was very clean as well as the pool. Beautiful atmosphere!"
