"I absolutely loved this hotel. It was literally like staying inside a museum. My room was so cool. It was safe and walkable to the Centro. The spa here is incredible and the property has a ton to offer. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Gorgeous property very safety, you find peace on those beautiful gardens! Plenty family activities on the hotel."

"Such an amazing place"

"What a beautiful place! We were blown away the moment we arrived. Everyone was beyond helpful and hospitable. The room was immaculate. We throughly enjoyed our stay there."

"Great area, few blocks from everything. I had breakfast included, which was really good and worth it. Breakfast was on the roof top, had views of the volcano. The hotel was able to help book a transportation from El Carmen to Lake Atitlan."

"Lindo hotel y rico desayuno"

"Nos encantó Casa Bella! ❤️ La ubicación es excelente, cerca de todo y puedes ir caminando a muchísimos lugares. Marielo nos recibió súper bien, nos explicó todo sobre los alrededores y nos dio muy buenos tips. Gabriela y el señor de la noche también fueron muy atentos y especiales. La terraza es pequeñita, pero muy acogedora, y desayunar allí fue una experiencia preciosa. Nos sentimos muy bien atendidos durante toda la estadía. ¡Definitivamente volveriamos!!!"

"Excelente ubicación y muy amable el personal. Mal internet, pero a Guate vas a desconectar, entonces estuvo bien."

"Good place to stay"

"The front desk clerk Dani was nice. Construction was going on. Very noisy from 6.30 am to 9.30 pm my room was literally over the construction workers I asked to be no be moved to a another room but Dani said this room was the best room was the only room with. Not a lot of noise. That was the reason they upgraded my room to a suite. Because they knew about the noises on the other side of construction. Expedia should have NOT Recommended this place Which under construction."
