"The buffet was not worth the money."

"Reception greating was lovely and very friendly. Room was very clean, tidy and modern. Absolutely loved the nespresso coffee and the milk in a reusable glass bottle."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Bit of a problem with the TV which would turn off from the remote but overall a nice stay."

"We loved the friendly and helpful welcome we received, and the beautifully furnished, spacious and immaculately clean 2 bedroom unit we stayed in. Beds - great! Lovely linen and comfy - firm beds but not hard. 2 toilets much appreciated. Kitchen was excellent and reasonably well equipped- a couple of suggestions here though - microwave, sitting on top of rangehood is well above safe height of 1250-1350 off floor and I'd suggest remounting on the wall. Also no bowl of any sort for a salad or...

"We enjoyed the trip"

"This was our first time staying at this property, and we were very impressed. We stayed in a suite and found the check-in process to be quick and easy. It was also convenient to find a parking space close to our room, and we appreciated the range of facilities on offer. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The room was exceptionally clean, and the spa bath was more like a spa pool, which was a fantastic bonus. The underfloor heating added an extra touch of comfort...

"Cabin was great. We booked for six people, however, only got four towels other than the towel issue cool, everything else was good."

"Nice place and beautiful area"

"The guest parking is appallingly limited and the other smaller touches don't justify the room rates The building is old and atmospheric but the premium prices are not justified by what gets delivered"

"当日利用した部屋は車移動の人向けだった。部屋は広くベッドも広くて良かったです。"

"Really nice hotel clean and in the center of downtown, you have may restaurants walking distance, the staff was really nice, yo also have kiwi park at walking distance and government gardens also, restaurant was really good and breakfast is great, I 100% recommend this place"

"Only stayed one night but had a lovely peaceful night. Nice clean warm room."

"Good value for money. Hotel is a bit dated, but otherwise the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Not a bad location as well."

"Great location and value. Walkable to town and good, convenient parking. Building is a bit tired, as are the rooms, but staff is great and nice to have a variety of room types available. Would stay again."

"It was basic accommodation. We were concerned that the main door was lockable but not the door to the balcony. We only had 1 pillow per person and only a kettle. The sound proofing is not good you can hear people in adjoining rooms."

"The actual hotel is tired and the outside needs a revamp. The first room I had was noisy pipes constantly going. I sat on the toilet seat and the back lid fell off. I was moved to another room, which was not much better, on one side of me I could hear children and adults talking into the night. The other side someone was having a bath at odd hours 12am and 3am. The parking is random no allocation so it’s a guess every night what’s going to be free. First 20 minutes of being there I demand a...
