"The place was amazing itself but there’re crabs everywhere around the property due to hurricane season. The breakfast was amazing. I book a private dinner the dinner was amazing. The room was great but there too many crabs in the property that ruined the experience."

The rooms are rustic, but nice, and have all the required amenities. The bed is very comfortable, and the A/C is more than welcome. "We had a wonderful stay at Aqua Resort. The view is absolutely beautiful, our room was very clean, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming as well. The food was delicious, and we really enjoyed our time there. The only downside was that when we returned to our villa at night, there were no lights outside the room, and the pool lights were also off. It made it difficult to walk around safely after dark. Other than that, we had a great experience and would recommend this resort."

"This is a pretty expensive hotel for the location. The reception was closed and I had to call for help at the pool VHF-radio... Very few people speaks English. I stayed in a suite, which has a nice bed, almost the only good thing about the place. On day 2 afternoon I wanted to take a shower, but as on day 1 no hot water and after a few attempts no water at all, not even cold. No reception. The pool area is okay, but no people. no breakfast, fancy full service menu in a small booklet, but no...

"I really had a nightmare with the reservation through Expedia. They book a house for me that was not available by the time I got to the hotel. I got notice that the house we book the luxury house with the pool was not available and was never available. The facility did their best to accommodate me in my family and one of the small condo what I have learned to not book through Expedia instead book through the page of the hotel otherwise you might walk into the same issue."

"The rooms were clean and adequate for three adults. The staff was welcoming and very helpful; organized a taxi to take my 83 year old mother to a coffee shop downtown. It is in a quiet location and a good area to unplug from electronic devices. If you have mobility issues, you won’t have much to do but sit and look out at the beach from the patio. The swimming pool has a ladder to climb in and out, so we were not able to use the pool at all. We would stay here again if our plan is to relax."
