"The only complaint that I have is that the front desk staff should be more informative about the festivals and the events and the places to see in town. Everything else was excellent, but getting information was basically nonexistence. Does that at the kitchen for breakfast were really professional, nice and helpful. The front desk staff were very helpful but they just didn’t have any information and the hotel itself was very very clean well maintained and we had a great time staying there."

"空港シャトルバスサービスは利用しませんでした。お願いすれば可能だったかもしれませんが、わかりません。 スタッフは、夏休み中だったので、子どもたちが手伝っていて、しっかりしていました。可愛かったです。階段しかないので、荷物が大きいと上に運ぶのが大変です。気をつけてください。また、タジキスタンではよくありますが、看板が分かりにくいので、最初に見つけるのが大変なことがあります。タクシーで行きましたが、道を間違えたりして、到着に時間がかかりました。Wi-Fiは、時々切れますがあります。 スタッフはみんな親切です。スリッパや水をもらえました。全体的には、良いホテルだと思います。"
