"The property was in a great location and very clean. The host was very upfront with a few minor things that were still needed for him to fix. The kitchen was updated but could have used more that 2 coffee cups. The house was very pet-friendly. The screened in porch was great and loved reading and watching the sunset out there. The price was a bit on the high side with all of the taxes etc. We will be renting there again!"

"Lovely place to stay during Fall visit to Shenandoah National Park and dinner with friends in Little Washington and Amissville. Immaculate and comfortable, the bedrooms and baths were perfect for us. We made little use of the kitchen beyond morning tea but it seemed fully equipped. We loved walking on th grounds and to the winery. Highly recommended."

"The six of us were utterly delighted with this home! As others have mentioned, it is secluded which for us was a plus. Bird watching was excellent and the night stars were so bright. The house itself was immaculate, laid out very efficiently, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was very well-stocked. The closest "grocery" store was the Sperryville Corner Store which was rather pricey, so we were glad that we had decided in advance to pack the food and snacks we needed for breakfast, hiking...

"Wonderful trip! The host/home owner was so nice and so helpful. She gave detailed instructions on everything before we got there which made the entire stay go smoothly. The cottage was roomy, clean and more than we even expected. Oxana saw us outside and when she saw we had 2 toddlers, she showed us toys she had available for them to play with. She really goes above and beyond for guests. Highly recommend this place!"
