"Service was worse than expected for a hotel of a calibre like Four Seasons. 1. Upon checking in and finishing dinner, we were told someone would show us to our rooms because the hotel was quite large. However, we were ignored and left to our own devices and had to find our way to the rooms. 2. For one of the rooms that we booked (out of 3), we were given a room that was clearly a downgrade from the two others and also a disability accessible room.

"Absolutely lovely! Safae was excellent and made our evening better!"

"At this price point, it's disappointing that you have to pay extra to have decent wifi. At the Spanish restaurant, the food is good, but at Dinner service, it gets busier, and the staff and kitchen struggle to handle it. During off-peak hours, it works fine. Overall, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff is very polite and helpful."

"Beautiful rooms and courtyard. Attentive and friendly staff. Really enjoyed our visit."

"Simpatia, disponibilità"

"The location was perfect and the property spectacular with an amazing duplex."
