"Service was worse than expected for a hotel of a calibre like Four Seasons. 1.

"Absolutely lovely! Safae was excellent and made our evening better!"

"At this price point, it's disappointing that you have to pay extra to have decent wifi. At the Spanish restaurant, the food is good, but at Dinner service, it gets busier, and the staff and kitchen struggle to handle it. During off-peak hours, it works fine. The room service food was a bit disappointing for the price, and I would expect the dishes to bring the same ingredients as described on the menu. Overall, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff is very polite and helpful."

The drawbacks is maintenance , which seems to be a common problem in Morocco. I would stay there again"
