Gorgeous little hotel not far from the main square. Large rooms, giant bathrooms, comfortable beds, soft linens, plush towels, excellent water pressure, effective heating and cooling. The staff is exceptional. Both the restaurant on the lower level as well as upper level are in lovely settings. If you are coming for a festival weekend (there are many in this town) be warned that the streets get loud all night long and while this hotel is normally very quiet it is quite loud during these...

Just a few complaints to start off with. The bed in room number 5, it was horrible, HARD as the floor you were walking on, for a place this beautiful it should have a better bed. Breakfast, they served you breakfast every morning which we did not know until our LAST day there. Kinda sucked since it was an expensive stay. They also will arrange a shuttle to airport and do your laundry again we did not know those things. Overall even with those few things it was still a solid 9 on our scale of...

The staff was very helpful, except my Spanish was not as good as theirs and I had trouble understanding sometimes.

The place has old world outdated charm, A bit like staying in your Granny’s house when you were Young kid. Generous space, very clean, nothing was broken.

Corner accommodation, with slider door to patios was spotless.
Friendly check-in. I was able to early check in, provided with shower gel, shower cap and plenty of clean fluffy towels.
Close to pool/spa and guard on duty 24 hours.
