I would to say my Stay here was excellent If i can put more stars I would Yesenia and her asst Samantha were amazing very On top of all. Friendly , so sweet let’s talk about the views how amazing they are. so peaceful and safe area. And clean!!!! I def will stay here again. Thank you Yesenia

Great property. Food was ok. Staff was very helpful. Hot water for showers. Nice beach chairs and umbrellas to sit on the beach. The room walls/doors are thin. Could hear the lady next door taking on the phone and heard every word. Shampoo/soaps provided. Bed was comfortable. There were lots of kids in the pool always. Had a nice gym for the gym rats like myself! Would recommend.

I absolutely loved this place! Staff were so helpful and nice. The room was nice and clean. We loved that is just a few steps away from town. Breakfast was good. Definitely recommend it and coming back

This place is amazing! We were glamping right next to the Puerto Rico Botanic Gardens. The tent was clean with an amazing private bathroom and a very nice bathtub! All the tents have a mini refrigerator, dishes and utensils, a microwave and a front porch. We had a great night listening to all the night creatures, like the coqui. There is a very nice pool. The owner was very helpful and nice. It includes a great breakfast with fresh fruit. There is a dog in the property that is super adorable!

We stayed here for a quick 4 night get away. We have many travels under our belt, and must say this resort was in our top 5. We usually stay at 5 star hotels from Tahiti to Ireland, and several caribbean islands and Mexico. The place is very nice and always clean. The location is the best for me. Walk to downtown old San Juan or get a cab. Condado, one of the best place in Puerto Rico. I have been visiting for over 20 years.

ROOM SIX WAS ON THE FIRST FLOOR AND JUST 12 STEPS FROM THE BEAUTIFUL BEACH. THE ROOM WAS NOT LUXURIOUS, BUT IT WAS JUST FINE. Excellent, will be back again. However there was fatalities with drownings in back of hotel off Condado beach, have to be extremely cautious with swimming due to waves, rip tides and under tow.

The Doubletree was a great hotel. The 24 hour market across the street, nearby beach and multiple restaurants on the area were all a plus. There’s an on-site restaurant that I didn’t try but seemed to have a constant flow of customers throughout my stay so I’ll assume it’s good lol. The property inside is very nice and elegant. Didn't like that have to pay 25 dollars per night for parking when im paying to stay in here. Other wise everyone is amazing. And i appreciate them.

Frank was a great host, he responded quickly and the house was spotless when we got there. It was in the perfect location for us, there are a couple of beaches only 8 minutes away. Also, there is a bakery about 3 minutes from the house called Isabela bakery you must try, they have the best pastries.

We had a wonderful time here. Would highly recommend. Enjoyed a Tobias snorkeling tour, hiking in the rain forest and swimming in a waterfall.

My family (2 adults and 2 kids) stayed in San Juan at the apartments on the beach for a week. We had a wonderful time and found the apartment and location to be perfect for us. Many restaurants within walking distance, beach was great and the staff at the hotel was wonderful.

Everything was great. Yaiza and Edwin are great and very attentive. Breakfast was great they give me three options and it was freshly cook every morning. I really enjoyed my stay in this bed and breakfast!

Super awesome hotel with friendly staff! Ignore all the previous reviews that complained about the rundown neighborhood. PR was hit by the devastating Hurricane Maria and is slow to recover. You see empty buildings damaged by the hurricane quite often and they are by no means indications of the sketchiness of the neighborhood. The neighborhood is safe and it’s literally next to the Capitolio!!! There is no problem with the shower temperature in our room. The patio and hot tub is super nice...
