"No me gustó que todo es muy lejos, la piscina estaba un poco sucia, y no había mucha variedad de comida, el aire acondicionado de la habitación no estaba bueno."

"Unfortunately, our overall experience at this all-inclusive hotel was disappointing. The front desk staff were not very friendly, and we were not given a proper explanation of the hotel’s activities, facilities, or available services. the room had to be updated. The bathroom was very small, and the shower caused water to spread across the entire bathroom floor. The towels were also old and could use replacing. One of the best things about our stay was the food at the buffet, which we really...

"The resort is really good for the price. It is clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Magaly kept our room clean. Glenys did a great job with my spa treatments and in the main dining area, Mariely (who was in training) and Martin kept our coffee hot and offered excellent service. The food and drinks were not the best, but for the price, it was ok. Plenty of choices to eat. The restaurants food was not very good, but the service was."

"Beautiful place to stay only thing the food in the restaurant was the same food they give you at the buffet . One morning I got sick I believe it was reheated food from the day before . The adults side is very quiet no loud music or entertainment"

"They only serve house wines either the white or the red tasted like soap water, no drinkable. It’s almost impossible for them to get you a reservation for the restaurants for the same day, even passing by and noticing they are not full at all. The people that work there seem so sad or angry and you feel like it’s your fault. Rooms are very outdated it could have been cleaned better and things falling apart. IT HAS POTENCIAL TO BE BETTER. Also don’t plan to take an uber they won’t let you, only...

"A nice hotel, very clean. Very friendly staff. Big rooms, high ceiling, A/C. Overall, this place deserves 5 stars but the restaurant, really drags this hotel down. Extremly long wait to receive our meals, cold. 45 minutes to 1 hour to wait for breakfast. Also, internet did not reach all the bed rooms which was annoying. Not major but still something to mention. Besides that, everything this hotels brings up is great"

"Everything was great fantastic"

"Had an ant problem in my room..also hot water was a hit or miss ..took some cold showers."

"Food was OK resort beautiful staff is beautiful and friendly"

"I liked it overall; however, the pools should be repainted and cleaned every day."

"Was nice I’ll definitely revisit if need be"

"Love the beach .staff,"

"En servicio al cliente son mil de mil, la propiedad está bien hermosa e higiénica y después que se termine de remodelar va estar mil de mil"

"They have these transportation van in the facility that people felt like sardines. Too much restrictions and that we have to purchase with them in order to have more privileges. I booked a vacation not a timeshare deal. What they had me do for 4 hours I should have paid only $300 dollars for the reservation. Other timeshares do the same, I have visited several. This was over-priced considering that I was going to have a timeshare interview. If I knew this was going to happened I wouldn't book...
