"This hotel was in a perfect location! I was able to walk right outside my hotel and easily get to all of the sites around Lisbon. The metro is right in front of the building too. The room was great- nice bathroom and had everything I needed (fridge, hairdryer, water, closet, A/C). I really loved that breakfast was included. The food was fresh & there was a good variety. "We were well received with staff helping with our bags immediately. Note, if you do want your luggage right away, don't use their luggage service as it is not immediate. Room was large and comfortable. We had an oceanview room with balcony. For the smokers, balcony has ashtrays! Bathroom was large with separate toilet door. "The most incredible view of anywhere we've ever stayed! Breathtaking! Walkable to many beautiful spots. My only complaint would be the pictures showed a beach down below and there wasn't a beach when we got there"

"Staff for very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and very spacious. Breakfast has a lot of options but their warm food were often a bit cold. Outdoor pool were very nice. I like that there is an adult pool and kids pool the restaurants inside the hotel where a bit too expensive but the buffet dinner was also good with good value of money. The beach was very nice but mind you the sunbeds were very expensive."

"It’s the little things that matter sometimes. The concierge was so nice to help get a wheelchair for my mother to help get her around. The bartenders always greeted us with a smile and little snacks to enjoy while having a drink. One server my mom thought was so great she offered if he ever came to the states to come visit and stay in her guest room whenever he wanted lol. "Nice location, clean building, cute and unique rooms, and we had a great view. The building is not the most accessible, it’s up on a steep hill from the town centre and the elevator is up some stairs. The room was tight so it was hard to get our luggage to fit since we had 2 larger suitcases. Unfortunately our suitcase didn’t fit on the shelf meant for it and the furniture is not rearrangeable otherwise it would have been better. "We loved everything about this resort. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was spacious, clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was incredible with made to order eggs, fresh fruit, yogurt and pastries, and I had the shrimp salad for supper and it was fabulous. The prices were better than any of the restaraunts in town. Quick Uber or a nice walk to the town center or a 10 minute walk to 2 beachside restaraunts."

"Good location near the beach. Clean and quiet.. Property managers were helpful and knowledgeable. Wonderful breakfast at the sister hotel with a large variety of items.. 10 minute walk to get there. To note: there is a tear down building attached to the property. If you do not want to see this building, make sure you are clear where your room faces."
