"It’s is a nice looking hotel. The gym is clean but inadequate. Both restaurants were good. The problem is that the air conditioning did not work for the two nights we were there, which were extremely hot (90F) days. We had three rooms for these nights and the compensation was two fans and a cheap bottle of alcohol free prosecco. It was like a bad joke. The hotel was built in 2014, I was told. The architect clearly had no idea how to use the space efficiently. It should be studied as an example and made into the Museum of Bad Architecture. "Great choice for a stop over on the way between Poland and Lithuania/Latvia. Plenty of parking in front and around the hotel building. Friendly and efficient reception staff. Check in took 2 minutes. The room ( standard) was spacious and sparkling clean, complementary bottled water, WiFi. Great buffet breakfast with lots of keto/low carb choices. "Staff were very helpful and courteous - but it was disappointing that I had to request that my room was cleaned each morning - something I was not informed of on arrival and as a consequence meant that my room was not cleaned on my first morning. Location was certainly central - but a considerable distance from the railway station. As I was arriving by train from Warsaw, this was an important consideration - and one that Expedia should have highlighted. Breakfast good - Wi-Fi excellent."
