"The room was wonderful, and so comfortable. I loved the buffet breakfast, including delicious 'full English' options. Staff went out of their way to help me, including at the airport. Everything was extremely high quality."

"This is my first time to stay PNG. All staff are amazing, kind so helpful. Even security staffs are very friendly and nice to us. We had really good times to spend here. They are professional and always provide good quality of services. We will definitely back this hotel when we need to stay in Port Moresby. Thank you for lovely time :)"

"Generally good. I did not find any issues."

"The property is very nice. Great staff. Prices are a little expensive and my room had a mosquito problem. Don't know where they were coming from, but they were everywhere inside the room."

"The only downside is that they respond to emails. I suggest that they should promptly respond to emails sent to them"

"Nice place to stay!"

"Great place to stay."

"We have lived in PNG for years so honestly this hotel was not bad in respect to what we would expect from a PNG hotel. The rooms were fairly clean and there was aircon and a fan which were a huge plus. The reason for my 2 star review was more so because of the inconsistency between the ad on Expedia and what was actually at the hotel. The photos were not at all accurate. The description of the room we would have was not accurate (were told our rooms would come with basically a mini kitchen...

"Excellent Hotel. The entrance though can be reconstructed better for arrivals and pick ups. The high fence should be removed in my opinion. Overall best hotel inclusion into Port Moresby."

"The best hotel in town"
