"This is a beautiful hotel, the staff were very nice, the hotel, room was clean. Don't get me started on the breakfast, it was quite the spread. I just wish that the restaurant thats there had a better variety of food. And also wish they had a microwave to use so that we could have warmed up our left overs, the whole hotel had no microwave thats what we were told. But besides that money we'll spent."

"I have traveled extensively and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service, pristine accommodations, twice-daily housekeeping, and high standard of customer care. I look forward to my next stay."

"Best hotel to stay in Panama City for many reasons and considering multiple options"

"Decent good"

"Clean room, friendly and helpful staff."

"Great location, easy access to the coffee shop, restaurants, fast food and multiplaza mall. The breakfast, staff, room and amenities excellent!"

"I enjoyed my visit. Will definitely book another stay!!!"

"Property was clean and nice, breakfast was excellent."

"It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The restaurant for both supper and breakfast was very overpriced for food that was very average. Two of my family members had breakfast included in the price of the room but they had to take the 6am shuttle and that’s what time breakfast starts. It would have been nice to have some kind of coupon/voucher to use for supper rather than breakfast for those who have to check out early."

"I recommend"

"Clean Room"

"Wonderful experience yet again. This is my second stay with this hotel and I must say, customer service was awesome as last time. Friendly and helpful staff and good location too. I would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Panama."
