"I really want to give our stay a 5 star review bc the place is beautiful with awesome pools and amenities however it is clear there is absolutely no one managing this place. The only staff present are a bartender and chef who comes in on the weekend. There was no one to help us check in and nothing was labeled to know where we were staying. "very unsanitary carpet in the room had stains om the carpet from animals and dog running free in the lobby pooping in the breakfast area. cars parked all over the place instead of in parking spots."

"The Swimg pool was dirty and stuff floating around. On the bottom of the pool there were stuff including a big spider. I decided not to risk swimming as I did not want to get anytype of infections. I reported the issue to front desk clerk and she responded that other use the swiming pool, I asked her if someone had been outside to see the swimming pool today and she responded no."

"Me and my son stayed overnight on 6/13/26 for a baseball tournament. It was a great room at a fantastic price. I couldn’t get my tv to work, and two employees came right away to fix it. One of them made it back to my room from the office to help before I did! It has recently been remodeled and had everything we needed for a short overnight stay. Almost everything in the room was brand new! All of the staff was very kind and helpful. Don’t skip over this hotel if you’re looking in Graham."

"Loved staying here! Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was immaculate and delicious. Bed was comfy too and the free crazy water was a huge perk! Only thing to be aware of is that the property is an older building so it does show. Staff and food make up for it in my book though!"

"House was very clean and spacious. The setup is very nice, two rooms with separate doors for entry, then the bathroom is shared between the rooms. Listing says sleeps 4 but both rooms have bunk beds and a regular bed as well. Host was very prompt to communicate. We also rented the boat slip and made use of the dock. It was easy to access and well lit at night. Parking area was a bit tight with three trucks one with a boat trailer. Overall 5 stars!!!"
