"Hotel staff is professional and friendly, always ready to help. Facilities and rooms are new and clean. Added bonus of lounge wear included in room. Location is convenient with 24/7 convenient stores just downstars, 10 mins of walk to major train station and restaurants that opens til very late just nearby."

"comfortable and relaxing stay"

"it is very convenient to various places."

"Freundliches, hilfsbereites und kompetentes Personal. Familienzimmer mit abgetrenntem Bereich für ein Doppelstockbett. Überall grandiose Aussicht. Badewanne. Kleines Bad mit allem, was man benötigt.

"The room is a little small and the couch in the room is a little dirty. I also inquired about potential additional accomodation fees, and the amount quoted didn't match the amount requested on site, so something to keep in mind. There's also only 6 washing machines total, located on the 3rd floor (one was out of service at the time), so there's a bit of a wait if you're hoping to get your laundry done, esp since a regular wash/dry cycle takes 2 hours. The machines also don't fit a lot of...

"This hotel is in a nice neighborhood and is minutes away from the Shin-Osaka train station which was important for us. It is also located right next to a Lawson convenience store which came in handy. Our room was very clean and had a corner view. The downsides are the flooring is not carpet, so we can hear the footsteps from the room above us or when they move their table stools around. I’m a light sleeper so any bit of noise wakes me up. Also, there is lack of storage and no safe. Luckily, we...

"Hotel is beautiful and clean. It’s close by the train station, but not so much from downtown, but a very short ride to Dotonbori. The buffet was great! Overall we had a great experience! I would highly recommend it if you don’t mind taking a few tacos and Ubers. That said, hotel was great and reasonably priced."
