"Absolutely loved the placed. It was incredibly clean, eco friendly, and quiet. I felt like I was the only one in there! Honestly, it was much nicer and cheaper than the one I stayed in at Shinjuku. I wish I stayed here instead! I only gave the amenities 4 Stars as I was not here long enough to use anything, but the indoors 7/11 was amazing!!"

"Staff exceeded expectations, particularly going above and beyond to track down missing luggage forwarded from Ueno. Cannot thank them enough."

"Very clean hotel. Staff were super helpful. Laundry is super helpful to have within the hotel."

"Staff was great. Location is amazing. Walking distance to Osaka station. 1 stop to shin osaka, did all my day trips with no hassle.. Shopping center just below and much more.. everything you need.. Just give yourself a couple hours or days to learn the layout of everything around you.. its worth it."

"Very convenient and fabulous hotel just a few walk to Namba station"

"No amenities, free welcome drink, next to no contact with staff as checkin was on a machine and breakfast just told you to drop your food Voucher in a Box. Felt kind of detached, very hip, young people vibe but not necessarily a welcoming atmosphere. Nice hotel room with shower. Convenient distance to public transport."

"Great location. Close to train station and universal studios. Good-sized bedroom and has a 7/11 close!"

"The room was beautiful and clean. Great bathroom facilities with the cute little sanitary gift to use in the shower! Also, totally loved the ReFa hair dryer! Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others. Fantastic location and great places to eat nearby as well."

"Amazing property! Super disappointed that the laundry facilities were subpar and no laundry service offered."
