"El A/C no funcionaba bien la primera noche, pero al día siguiente por la mañana el euipo de mantenimiento lo arregló."

"Very nice place. There is shuttle service to and from Disneyland. Staff friendly. The remote to the tv didn’t work but we were out the majority of the 2 days there."

"The afternoon valet gentleman was very helpful and friendly ! I liked that you can catch a shuttle bus to Disneyland for only seven dollars round trip per person ,"

"Everything was absolutely amazing. Rooms were clean and everything was nice. Staff were super helpful and friendly . The walk was 10-15 from the hotel to Disneyland and it was super great. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would come again(:"

"Parking is very limited, if you have a disabled need. Bed had a dry bloody booger smeared."

"The front staff aren’t the most helpful people. I tried enquiring about shipping things home that were too big for my bag, and their response was “just leave it here, and file a claim.” Then another one of the gentlemen was way more into his phone than helping out guests. I had originally reserved a room with a firework view, that I did not receive, and I’m still waiting on my refund of my security deposit. I will say, it’s a very convenient location if you want to walk back mid day to drop off...
