"Front desk staff was very helpful, and dealt with them a number of times. The small fridge in the room made funny sounds (took me a couple of days to figure out it was the fridge). Staff was helpful in organizing a dolphin watching trip. Did not eat at the hotel, breakfast was very expensive. Didn't see a lot of facilities. I could definitely see coming back again."

We prepaid for this hotel via Hotels.com. They did not offer our prepaid reservation, claiming that the price was too low. This I understand, and I was even willing to pay extra to make up for it.
