"Perfect weekend away. View from the room was outstanding as was the view from the restaurant. Bed was comfortable room was peaceful not cowboy tacky. Pricey, but worth it."

"Terrible customer service... Couldn't get a callback from a manager after leaving multiple messages with staff to try to straighten out a booking error on my part. I know they didn't have to work with me to mitigate a complete financial loss to me but they could have since all area hotels were sold out and demand was high."

"The cabin was perfect - included everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Very clean, comfy bed, nice leather chairs for relaxing and wasting time at night watching the TV and reading. We didn't need to interact with the staff during our stay. Check-in was a breeze. Definitely recommend!!!"

"Quiet room"

"Parking and check-in were great. The room was large and clean. It had coffee, tea, a microwave, keurig and 2 refrigerators. There was a desk, dresser, a comfortable chair and a dual sink vanity. Plenty of room. Breakfast was listed as "continental" but it was so much more. The property is older but such a good value. I would stay there again."

"My room is on the first floor which is weird that someone from the casino can walk down the hall where my room was at all night long. More importantly, the smoke smell from the casino it’s pretty much all through my room. Probably wouldn’t stay here again or even consider it."

"We called the front desk regarding late check in, and they were super friendly and helpful. It definitely made our trip a success. The Motel is in a quiet and convenient location to hiking in the North Cascades."

"The inn is located on a river within 3-5 minutes of the historic center of Winthrop. It is pet friendly and the grounds are excellent for walks. I met the owner and she is friendly. We would happily stay here again."

"The lodge is great. Staff is great. The food is great. Rooms were clean. The free breakfast is great. Really enjoyed the experience."

"Great location close to the mountains, quiet and comfortable rooms, good food nearby, seamless self check-in process, owners/staff are very responsive on text. 10/10"

"Very clean and nice place!"

"Beautiful location, well furnished unit. I had problems with the water not being hot enough for my liking and some insects that found their way into the unit before I arrived. EV charging was great."

"Great communication and wonderful, well appointed place. Will definitely stay again!"
