"The property was beautiful. The room was clean everything worked well. The nice free breakfast was cool although they could use some flavored creamer. The scavenger hunt and questions great add to the fun. Also love the lock idea!! Staff was friendly and helpful 🙂"

"Very friendly staff and clean facility. At times, not all of the attractions were open due to staffing, but they were willing to give vouchers for other activities in the hotel. I wish there was a coffee maker in the rooms, but they did have Starbucks coffee in the lobby which was very good! I loved that it did not seem overly crowded and they had so much to do there! So convenient being close to Cedar Point and able to get in an hour early and ride roller coasters before the lines got long!...

"The room was very clean and the staff was awesome!"

"Priced well. Don’t expect a 5 star hotel for the money. Some things you expect at any hotel, I’m not a picky business traveler, but you expect everything in the room to work. Fist room A/C broke on an 85 degree day. Moved to a second room Vanity and desk light bulbs out, called for replacement, maintenance man out for the day. Didn’t want to move again. Had my wife been there we would have had to move again as a lady couldn’t see enough to put makeup on. I can shave in the dark lol. The bath mat...

"Very well maintained old style hotel - I dis not appreciate the bartender who made me feel very unwelcomed going so far as having my meal provided to me in a bag when I never said I wanted it to take away - when the mistake was delivered, he did nothing to rectify nor apologize - he could have brought me a plate! - instead he hid. I have never been treated this badly and it was after I had paid and tipped -"

"The only light in the room was lamps and they kept flickering. Rooms could use updating. Was clean and quiet."
