"The staff where great and breakfast had a lot of variety"

"The hotel was a little less basic than I had thought. The restaurant was only open for breakfast (no dinner service) but there was a good choice. The room was smaller than I'm used to, the car park was at the rear of the hotel behind a barrier that could only be accessed with a fob from reception. Handy location for the main harbour area and next to the historic castle."

"All good"

"Basic but perfectly acceptable. Good price value. Hate the barception concept as it basically just guaranteed awkward lines and long waits for everyone. Room was fine. Luggage room was too full so our bags were held in a hotel room then moved; none of that felt very secure but nothing was stolen. Location is central."

"Great location, super helpful staff, clean rooms and good price. My sole feedback is the snacky food they have is super bland even for convenient food (although they have a new pizza which I didn't try). Recommend"

"Great location, friendly staff, fabulous breakfast! Would definitely stay here again."

"The staff who checked us Ritu was very helpful & guided us very comprehensively how to explore the city via Tram."

"Sentralt plassert, og hyggelig personale. Vi oppgraderte rommet, men det var likevel lite. En del flekker på veggene som vi helst ikke vil vite opphavet til..."

"Hervorragendes Frühstück, gemütliche Atmosphäre mit toller Lage des Hotels"

"Room was really comfortable. Spa is huge! Make sure you know the rules of the spa. Breakfast is included and quite nice. Definitely a fun experience."

"I have stayed at the Moxy for two different trips flying into Tromso. Extremely convenient location to the airport. Wonderful breakfast and nightly drinks. The staff is always so friendly and the rooms are perfect for a quick night or two. We will definitely come back!"

"I was initially put off by the self check-in procedure and no one at the front desk. The elevators were also confusing -- floor 1 was actually below the ground floor [G], and only one of the elevators serviced my floor. But once I got everything sorted out, my stay was pleasant."

"This is a wonderful boutique style hotel. Everyone at the hotel was helpful. We ate at the hotel and had a delicious meal. Highly recommend"
