"Communication was fine, as well as getting into the house. Few problems with the upkeep/cleaning. Kitchen window was disgusting with spiders a dirt all over it. Grass was about 1.5ft tall in the front yard. Dock needs some serious work as there are some boards that are ready to be replaced asap. Roof over boat lift is completely gone and has a tarp over it. For the money it isn’t bad, but it needs some attention. Cleaning and mowing should be the bare minimum for the owner given each renter is...

"3 generations came together to celebrate Thanksgiving here, and we had a wonderful time! We cooked a turkey on the gas grill; the house was very well stocked for cooking and serving a big meal for 15. We brought a folding table for an extra 6 seats in the kitchen/dining room, which was a perfect fit (turns out the house has a folding table and 6 nice folding chairs!).We enjoyed the fire pit and appreciated it was well stocked with wood. "Great house and location. We loved our stay. The cove is the perfect place to float on a hot summer day. Be sure to bring your floats. We rented a boat for the week and had no trouble docking it at the pier. The house is well stocked. Check in was a breeze. Hot tub was a treat. The neighbors are super nice and the owners were great communicators. Would definitely recommend the house! "

"The location was good for our family get-together. If you need dock space, you should coordinate with the owner, Tyler, to make sufficient room for your pontoon or power boat. There is very limited room on the outside of dock, as owner described as 9.5 x 2ft. We could not dock a rental pontoon boat or ski boat. We did not swim in dock area due to weeds, silt and algae.(Could not upload photo)."
