"Overall we had a great time at Ivan's villa. The villa itself is fairly basic, but the place was clean and comfortable. But, we weren't there for the villa. The beach is amazing and was basically deserted while we were there, 3.5 miles of beach and maybe 50-100 people in sight each day. The villa is just steps from this amazing beach and blue water and is also located a short walk from a convenience store, liquor store, and Cafe Florence and those amazing cinnamon buns. "Treasure Cay is the most beautiful place to be. The beaches are amazing,with crystal clear blue waters. It’s truly something special to be here. The house was equipped with everything you could think of. Our pool was professionally cleaned every single day! "The property is conveniently located near enough to Marsh Harbor to be able to quickly go there to buy groceries or go to restaurants etc., but far enough away so you feel like you are the only person or people on the beautiful Treasure Cay beach. Unit has cook top, microwave and small fridge, but with a separate freezer so you can buy a few frozen foods for convenience."
