"What an amazing hotel. Staff friendly and professional too. Delicious food for Dinner and Breakfast. Very handy for a gig across Tuesday Market Place at Alive Corn Exchange King's Lynn. Disabled parking at the front of the hotel which was a huge bonus. The only disappointment was no accessible toilet on the ground floor. My friend struggled to get up a steep step with two heavy fire doors to get through. Not ideal. It's a shame to mention this, as overall we had a great memorable stay at The Duke's Head, but felt it was important to point this out for others who have accessibility concerns. "The staff were friendly but were unable to change my room which was not ideal. I was given a disabled room- the fittings were heavily rusted, the shower flooded the entire bathroom and the sink was badly chipped. A deep clean of the room is also required"

"It’s situated in a backstreet behind a Main Street row of nightclubs. Fine for a midweek stay but probably best avoided at weekends. It’s ok for the price but a bit like staying in student accommodation - Spartan furniture and furnishings and rather tired decoration. "
