"Convenient, well located, just to sleep and explore the city, I'll come back"

"This hotel is at a great location--a short walk to multiple subway lines. Tons of restaurants and sights to see nearby. Helpful staff and friendly staff. Clean room of a decent size for NYC. The only downside are the elevators. They aren't very large and with a building over 40 floors, taking the elevator was slow with the multiple stops for other passengers. Definitely factor in elevator time if you are trying to get somewhere. Otherwise, I would stay here again!"

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was much smaller than expected, making it uncomfortable for a longer stay. In addition, the housekeeping service was below standard. The staff seemed to focus only on cleaning the bathroom, while the rest of the room was often left untouched and not properly cleaned. Overall, the room size and poor housekeeping significantly affected my experience, and I do not feel that the hotel met the standards I expected."

"The hotel has an excellent location, spacious rooms, friendly staff, and fast elevators. Housekeeping was also good. However, the rooms are outdated, the furniture and bathrooms need renovation, the carpet had an unpleasant smell, and the lighting was poor. There was also some minor noise. Considering the high price, the overall experience was disappointing. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again."

The other comforter had brown stains but not as bad as the other bed and the red stains. Water pressure was super low it was hard to shower. We tried to contact house keeping and front desk but telephone wasn’t working. Another telephone was on the desk but only had the receiver and not the telephone. We had to go down to let front desk know and was told that...
