"I would have rated this hotel a 5 star, but there were a few issues (1) the sheets & pillow were not clean, the pillows had a horrible smell, I assume previous occupants used them. They need to improve on housekeeping. (2) staff there needs to improve their communication skill, The, surrounding area is very nice, breakfast is great & the shuttle bus is a plus."

"清潔な客室と、スタッフの皆さんの対応がとてもよかった。"

"opcion muy Buena, pero al momento de hacer check in habia una fila enorme que demoramos mas de una hora en tomar la habitacion, El resto muy Bien."

"Shuttle driver and staff (porters) are very helpful."

"Breakfast did not provide enough variety. Tastes were generally not that great!"

"房間整潔非常滿意、職員服務態度有禮貼心！"

"I like that there is shuttle busses to and from the airport as well as the closest MTR station. If you plan to dine in the hotel, you get a discount for staying there too. The rooms were very clean and loved having the AC on when it was hot. The staff is more than willing to help out whenever. Would stay here again if my purpose for the stay is only Disneyland and need to be close to the airport as other areas are far away."

"Very convenient to go around to places. Also very quiet too"

I forgot to put in a request to be on the same floor as my parents. She was next to the lady that checked me in and was able to walk her through on which room to check. I ended up right next...

"Room was ok. Breakfast selection was limited. Overall was ok but nothing amazing"

"Clean room"

"I was arrived from NY early and arrived Hotel around 6:00am, but hotel reception refused to give me room, I had to wait and keep requesting for a room at least for a shower after 20 hours flight. After repeated requesting 3 times at around 10:00am, the staff told me that I could get pre check if I pay $450, in other word there were rooms available but they didn’t let me check in earlier! When I going to leave, I requested a late check out at 1:00pm but they said I have to check out at 12:00...
