"Great experience, pricey but worth it."

"Everything was fine."

"Really nice! The room was a basic king room but it was a decent size and just what I needed! The pools are great but do get a bit crowded in the daytime. The staff was generally friendly and helpful but lacked follow-through on a question I needed answered. The restaurant onsite is really good but a bit pricey. My only real concern is the lighting to the hotels. It can get rather dark along the paths at night and hard to see. I found myself using my phone flashlight which should not be...

"The hotel was ok but not at the top of my list to come back to. Its older and very dark the rooms are so dark and need some bright light bulbs. The counter person had to give me a lighted mirror so I could use it in the bathroom. The pool looked nice but they did not have the fireplace going outside for those that were sitting out on the chilly nights we were there."

"I have traveled cross country on more than one occasion, and if I'm going to be in the Santa Fe area, this is my favorite place to stay. I walk around the outside of the property, the inside of the property and love doing so. The rooms are comfy, the staff is fabulous and I had some great food too. This one is highly recommended, close to all kinds of beauty, shopping and museums."

"There was a musty smell, dripping bathtub faucet, a loud air conditioner and not very clean carpet. The staff was nice though."

"Beautiful hotel, friendly helpful staff, nice room with Keurig, beautiful rooftop pool"

"The hotel was beautiful. All of the greenery and flowers were amazing. The lobby was welcoming, and the coffee and tea were appreciated. We were able to book a walking tour with the help of the front desk, which was a really great tour and they provided his help in finding our dinner at the shed, which was amazing. The hotel was clean. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay would definitely like to come back."

"The property (Hotel) did not have elevator. We had to use the stairs, it was hard on my knees. Had to carry luggage upstairs. Other than the stairs everything was good."

"I thought the property was beautiful. But there wasnt a refrigerator in the room, nor was there a microwave. Also, the outlets were inconvenient or hidden behind furniture. I couldnt plug in my laptop while sitting on the bed. Also the internet signal was weak. (5th Floor) So, overall, some conveniences that you'd expect in most hotels were just missing. I am guessing that is due to the "resort" status. They dont want you to bring in your own food, because they want you to eat in their...
