"Shower had no soap, shampoo etc. and there were remnants of previous guest in bathroom. No water in the refrigerator. Not a good stay!"

"Book another hotel that’s it"

"Rooms were renovated and very clean"

"Take me about 45 minutes to do check-in and I have to pay extra hundred dollars for update because the rooms that I had smell bad I didn’t wanna stay there then take about 30 minutes to give me a new key for the room because the room I went to the keys are not working so they need time to figure out what is the problem and then they give me a different room it was four of us in the room to those two kids two set of towels to small shampoo. I called four times for extra towels and extra shampoo....

"Resort fees and having to pay for parking. I only slept in the room."

"Nice place, pretty and decent breakfast"

"The property was clean. However, the pool was not heated and there were a lot of bugs by the light inside the pool water. Unable to enjoy it. But over all the room was clean pretty ! They even did movie night.."

"Whatever you do, ask for a room as far away from the pool as possible. Apparently there was a loudest scream competition going on at the pool until 10 PM- two hours after it was supposedly supposed to close. Also don’t bother asking the front desk for help, they will tell you the pool closes at 11 actually and every child in that place is allowed to scream as loud as they want. The management team has yet to contact me for some type of resolution, if they will at all."
