"The location was directly across from the beach. The room was clean with a nice view of the ocean. We ate two meals in the restaurant and both times we had to send back one of the meals from our group because it was not as ordered. Other meals were ok. Very disappointed with the resort fees for chairs and umbrellas. We did not use these but still had to pay the fees. We had to pay the resort fee even on the day we checked in, but we were not allowed to check in until 4:00 PM unless you wanted...

"The property was perfectly located in Meredith. Our at the Palmer Inn was on the bottom level near a utility closet, the room was very noisy with mechanical noises and the rumbling of the a/c. I would stay at Mill River again but I would try another one of the properties."

"Overall great for our family of 5! So much space and awesome location for storyland. Some improvements could be done on the outlets (loosely hold plugs) and hairdryer bracket was not secured on the wall and fell off easily when hairdryer was gripped. Bathroom door was extremely squeaky (woke people up when opened) - but overall, minor issues. We would definitely come back!"

"This is my go-to hotel in Hampton Beach. It's consistently clean with friendly staff and a great location. I recommend the suite (its pull-out couch is actually comfortable as a second bed) which has a balcony facing the ocean, right across the street. Plenty of parking, some underground in a garage, coffee in the lobby, elevator, and as a bonus a great little coffee shop right there as well - they serve breakfast sandwiches, bagels, muffins, etc. that you can grab and take to the beach...

"It’s very cool. It’s small though just fyi, two people bump into each other, that isn’t a defect, just make sure you go with someone you like. The shower is nice, multiple settings for the shower heat, nice hot water. The mattress is firm, very big bed. Parking right out front. Camp Fire, there’s a grill already there. Cabinet space, the fridge is small but works well. Bring your own ice. Overall a very unique experience."
