"Great place in general. Dissapointed that some venues not open even though peak foliage time. Only eay to get a cup of tea was in a cardboard takeout cup. Stickneys was great. Jeremy was a great server. Dissapointed with service at 1902. Very rushed. Entree delivered before I finished my soup. I expected more from a 4 diamond restaurant"

"First the positives. The staff was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean. The location was great. The area felt safe and centrally located for stores and casual dining options. Parking was very easy and directly in front of the room. The showers were hot and the all drains were open and worked properly. The view from the patio of the leaf peaking was exceptional! On the other hand, the beds were lumpy and uncomfortable. The room did not have a microwave to warm up food...

"My room, and many others, was not available until 9 pm due to what was described as a consistent housekeeping shortage. People were told to come back at 6, then 7, then 8."

"Very nice hotel. Beautiful grounds"

"Such an amazing resort! We loved every minute of our stay, and we can't wait to visit again."

"Enjoyed our stay. Good location."

"Very special place and such a welcoming space as well as staff."

"This place was well maintained and clean. It was convenient to a lot of areas."

"The only concern we had was the strong smell from the cleaning products. We had to open the door to air it out so that we can breath comfortably. Please use non fragrance products for cleaning, detergent, shampoo, conditioner etc."

"Clean rooms, well maintained. On main road."

"It was a seemingly run down beach hotel. The rooms were not very clean or updated. I couldn’t turn on my tv without touching the greasy sticky remote—so I didn’t. It served its purpose for providing a semi neat bed to stay in near the beach, but I would not pay any more, though it wasn’t expensive. I guess you get what you pay for, or a little less in this case."

"Convenient location. Not much stocked for cooking functionality."
