"Unique cave construction was the initial reason to book, but clean, modern with exceptional staff was a huge plus. Excellent location, and balloon viewing terrace were very welcome. Breakfast was superlative."

"Great stay. Amazing staff and Beautiful location"

"Great service"

"Well located right above the town so walking everywhere. Arrived by rental car and hotel had very limited parking (so does the town) so finding a park close was difficult. Restaurant deck was great for viewing balloons and the sunsets."

The atmosphere is calm and inviting, and the staff’s friendliness adds warmth to every interaction. Breakfast was delightful, with thoughtful touches that start the day beautifully. Its location is ideal — just steps away from restaurants and pleasant walking areas, making it both relaxing and convenient. Must definitely recommend coming and would love to return with...

"Very friendly staff, located close to everything, good breakfast with a variety of options."

"This is a fantastic hotel! We stayed in the King Suite room which was very large and clean. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Cappadocia. The rooftop terraces provide an excellent view of the hot air balloons in the morning. Breakfast is substantial and omelettes are made to order. The staff is very helpful with any questions and restaurant recommendations. The manager assisted with booking our hot air balloon tour with Butterfly Balloons (you must take this tour!) and also our...
