"Everything was very good."

"The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The phone was delicious and plentiful. Drinks were well made and all was included in the price of the hotel. There were activities at the hotel as well as excursions one could take. I had a wonderful time."

"They are so welcoming, it was the best time. The food was excellent, and loved how they had so many options. Thanks again."

"Beautiful place to stay, every room appeared to have wonderful views and were exceptionally clean. The staff was wonderfully kind, knowledgeable, helpful and the food was delightful although we were only there a few days so did not have the time to do everything we would have liked, so I was not able to use the spa or go to all of the restaurants available to us. "Wonderful resort & staff! Beautiful spaces that are clean and well taken care of. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The food was excellent! Some standout staff members: Alexa - hosted the eye of god art class. She was so kind and did an amazing job explaining the lore behind the craft and the cultural impact of it. She should host more art classes! Luis - personal concierge. Beyond helpful with every question we had, arranging all our meals and regularly checking in to make sure our stay...

"Unfortunately the adult pool was not well maintained, not clean, not clear. Something was obviously wrong with the filter system or something. Always a nightmare to get chairs at the pool even at 8am. Music at adult pool was a challenge, too loud, person in charge quite rude until several people complained. Food was ok. Loads of people. People working in restaurants/buffets were excellent. The employee getting drinks to everyone at the adult pool was fantastic! Room was clean. AC worked."

"I wish there are more options dinning."
