"This hotel is special, great staff, nice modern rooms and bathrooms, superb restaurant and bar. We stayed for six nights, was meant to be seven but staff were okay with the shortened stay, helpful in amending the booking and a room refund. Free parking was a bonus. Having an in-house bar and restaurant meant you could easily access great coffee, drinks and excellent classy meals. We come to the Netherlands regularly and would be back here in a heartbeat."

"The breakfast buffet was good but sometimes warm food was cold. The restaurant has a very limited menu. More choices would have kept us there for dinner more nights."

"Great hotel. There was an event every night. The decor was really welcoming."

"The Ruby Emma Hotel room was large with a large walk in shower and clean and had a fridge but no coffee kettle or coffee maker. The location was not good for me as you needed to take a tram into the main part of Amsterdam each day which took 15 min and the cost of a bus ticket each way.Lucky for me I just missed the transit strike when I arrived or that would have been a further problem for me. Breakfast cost $ 24. euro with limited choices of hot food I only had it once in my four nights. As I...

"Clean room and great location"

"The hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating. The room was very clean. The breakfast food was good although we found the snack options very expensive! The bar was clean and most of the staff were lovely."

"Although this property was super clean and super modern, it is super small and everything needed, and had, instructions. Ie. Getting in the door requires a big push after the door unlocks. Shower (in the open room) turns on when you close the doors. Toilet is also in the open room but has frosted class, which was nice) To turn on the TV. Ie. Step 1. Use iPad, (not working) step 2. Call the front desk (remote is in the drawer under the bed.). Still needed the iPad to use. Bed is only accessible...

"I liked the location near Vondelpark. I liked that it had a lift for me to transport my luggage up and down the stairs. The room was much too hot to sleep. The beds are small. The bathroom and shower were good."

"Staff were extremely helpful and assisted us getting around the city"

"The hotel is a tad worn out and can use a refresh. We had a mild unpleasant smell in our room. We got used to it. Staff provide good service. Location is convenient"
