"The property has been well used, the furniture is broken and needs replacing. The television did not work, the dishwasher did not clean the dishes and the coffee maker had parts from other machines. The walls and floors were banged up, and the counter tops were chipped. Overall the property requires some much needed maintenance."

"Everything is minimal and cheap except the breakfast was fair. There is no aspect to write home about. The room walls are paper thin. The guests in the adjacent rooms were heard throughout the evening and the night, resulting in very little sleep. The cheap cable television only broadcasts Dutch, German, and Flemish stations. Other channels are turned OFF. Parking was an affordable €10/24 hours. Restaurant was not used as it was Fast Food. Maybe the Casino is the main business strategy? (No,...

"Best stay close to Eindhoven airport and Roermond designer outlet. Clean, perfect for children. Beautiful and very good maintained. Breakfast could not be better all you need is there so freshly made filling like a guest. Thank you so much Hotel Rosveld we will be back :)"

"It's a hostel. You get what you get. It was cheap, conveniently located and the staff were all really helpful. I got a private room and found it basic, but good. It had a bed, a toilet and a shower. My main complaint about the stay was that someone started blaring music at 5am, and it took staff over 15 minutes to get it turned off"

"I booked the deluxe cottage and it was really lovely. Very clean and comfortable. The infra red sauna and jacuzzi bath were a bonus, as was the fresh bread delivered daily as part of the deal. Plenty to keep the kids busy and we had a great time. The only negative aspect was the very low quality and overpriced food offered at the restaurants, and that at the restaurants they don’t provide tap water, not even for kids! "
