"Zunächst haben wir eingecheckt und der Geruch ist uns sofort aufgefallen. Dann mussten wir schnell zu einer Veranstaltung und haben deshalb den eigentlichen Zustand der Wohnung später abends wahrgenommen:
Die Unterkunft ist überhaupt nicht gemütlich und nicht wie abgebildet.
Extrem starker Weichspülergeruch in allen Textilen.. zusätzlich noch Duftstäbchen und Parfümzerstäuber. Wahrscheinlich war dies eine Raucherunterkunft; die Türrahmen waren gelb.. fraglich ob von Farbe oder Nikotin.

"Angegeben war dass ein Kinderstuhl vorhanden ist, welcher jedoch fehlte. Auf die Nachfrage wurde leider nicht eingegangen. Das Objekt war im großen und ganzen sauber, allerdings unter den Betten sowie dem Sofa war es nicht sauber und es befanden sich noch persönliche Dinge vom vorherigen Mieter vorhanden. Was eine Kontrolle des Objektes in Frage stellt. Türklinken waren teils lose, sodass man diese beim schließen der Tür in der Hand hatte. Der Außenbereich war überarbeitet jedoch nicht gepflegt....
