"Mooi appartement"

"The property is in a lovely location but communication from the staff prior and during the stay was poor. Check-in was also very poorly done and communicated. We communicated that we would be arriving for late check-in a week prior to our stay multiple times via email and phone call with no clear communication back. Upon arrival they couldn’t locate our reservation and then we had to have the property security to get us the keys to our accommodation. It appears to be a systemic issue."

"Tolles Wetter und jede Menge Tulpen im Keukenhof. Super zentrale Lage und sehr schöne Unterkunft. Super nette Begrüßung und alles ohne Probleme."

" The house was functional. There was no soap except for a tiny bottle to wash a dish or two and a small amount of dishwasher soap. There was about a third of a roll of toilet paper and no tissue. They didn’t provide any more toilet paper. There was only one working washing machine and two dryers for ten euros. WOW! We were told to remove the sheets and towels, take out the trash and sweep the floors before leaving. REALLY!"

"Really nice place. "

"جميل جدا وشبابي وعصري .. مناسب ل الاصدقاء والعوائل"

"Logement un peu bruyant côté « famille » (studio pour 3/4 personnes), salle de bain privative, certes, mais en dehors de la chambre. Déco « urbaine » sympathique et équipement intéressant."

"素敵です"

"I found the property clean and accessible, handy to transport, staff were really great except Pebbles, on arrival I found damage to the range hood, broken shelf in fridge, I contacted the desk immediately and was treated rather offish by Pebbles who took my call, all other staff were impeccable."

"Holiday Inn Slotedijk, Amsterdam was good stay for us. Free breakfast. Few steps from Slotedijk train station. Easy to get to Amsterdam Centraal and Amsterdam Airport."

"No maj"

"Lovely stay. We would’ve loved it even more if it wasn’t storming the days we stayed. We will return!"

"The location was lovely but a far from Amsterdam with a taxi taking 20 mins. The rooms are very big and spacious."
