"We needed a place to stop while travelling on our way to a wedding.We’ve never stayed at this hotel before but it had good reviews so we gave it a try. We didn’t get in till very close to 1 AM, got settled and were going to get into bed when I noticed a couple hairs on the bed. Not great but I was so tired so I picked them off then pulled down the covers only to notice a bunch more hair. Honestly over 10 hairs of all sorts on the bed that it looked like the sheets hadn’t been changed. Even though we were tired we could not sleep in that bed so we had to go ask the front desk to switch us, which they did. The front desk lady was apologetic and helpful. I went to check out the next room before moving and it to had a couple hairs on each bed as well but at this point we just needed to get some sleep. The toilet was also leaking and slightly brown. The next morning before taking a shower, I also noticed a couple hairs on the shower wall. I will say the breakfast was decent as other reviewers stated but the state of the rooms in terms of cleanliness was terrible. I should’ve thought to get a picture of the first bed but I didn’t think of it. The pictures are of the bed in the second room. "

"Pictures of the rooms make it look nicer than it is, Rooms need a facelift. Couch was disgusting. Not even my child wanted to sleep on it. Common areas are upgraded, which makes it deceiving. Hot tub and pool are quite dated. "

"On the frame of one of the beds in our room, there was a 5 inch piece of "L" shaped metal sticking out beyond the box spring. You couldn't see it right away because it was covered by the bed skirt. One person in our party hit their leg on it quite hard. While checking out, I showed the staff a picture of the bed and told them what happened. Their response seemed like they were already aware of it. Both staff members at the front desk just said. "Yeah, we need to get that fixed. " No apology was offered. "

"Room was on 3rd floor, right next to all the ice and vending machines. I asked not to be have a room in this area. I got up to my floor and I thought it was a joke on me. The shower setup was horrible and difficult to use. I felt if the toilet paper dispenser was any farther away I would have to stand up off the throne to reach it. I haven't stayed in a hotel for a while, but I didn't know the travel size shampoo was no longer provided. I am grateful that I had a roof over my head and I was warm and dry. "

"Pretty clean and good value for the money. Breakfast was above average for a hotel breakfast. A little dated. Would stay again at this price "
