"Booked a room with a sofa bed because we were 3 traveller but upon checking in we weren’t given one. When I asked why we didn’t get what we booked I was told cause I didn’t ask for one and that 2 people can share a bed!?! "The Balmoral is a beautiful hotel! Its location is perfect since it’s close to all major attractions. The staff are accommodating and helpful. I’ve stayed in two different rooms and both were lovely and had great views. The restaurant is very good and the high tea in the Palm Court is superb!"
