"Godspower and Mohammed were very helpful with helping get access to my room when my phone died and we had good conversations about valuable life experiences. 100% recommend"

"The staff was so wonderful!"

"Not much to say."

"We only needed a room for 12 hours after a tour and leaving the next morning to catch a plane. The room's air conditioning did not work so we were a little uncomfortable. The bed was comfortable, shower powerful, and the room was clean."

"The location is good and the design of the lobby is nice BUT the cleaning is very poor: 1- The shower is unclean at least in our room. 2- We asked them more than 3 times after they “clean” the room to make the bed and take the trash out. How do you clean the room if you don’t empty the trash bin or make the bed? 3- The lightbulb was flickering in the bathroom and it delays when it’s switched on. 4- The WiFi is slow."

"Clean, staff polite, extra requests health with brilliantly. Would highly recommend paying the extra to stay is this part of Edinburgh at this hotel"

"Friendly, helpful staff."

"Hotel was easy to find, staff were all exceptional and rooms were clean. Things to be aware of…they have rooms in the main building and rooms in the building across the street. Buildings are secure and safe, however you cannot take drinks across the street so if you want a glass of wine in bed it’s not possible. Also parking is about a10-15min walk from the hotel."

"Beautiful hotel with an amazing view. Very central based and had a lovely restaurant. I was very lucky to be able to check in early and had an upgrade which made the experience even better with stunning views from the bay window. I will be looking to book again and would recommend to anyone new to the city or a returner."

"Prima Lage, mit der Straßenbahn vom Flughafen und dann unteren Eingang Etage 0 nutzen! Schönes Frühstück mit Karte für separate Wünsche inkludiert. Rundum perfektes Hotel um Edinburgh zu erkunden."

"Bed was super uncomfortable and service was very poor."
