"It was a bumpy start to our stay had some mechanical issues with the property and golf cart but once that was fixed it was a really nice stay amenities were nice bands were great they had on Friday and Saturday night and pool was amazing overall will be coming back"

"Most important thing for me when staying somewhere is it has to be clean, this place was spotless. Has all the appliances you will need and a ton of kitchen utensils. A short drive or walk for some really good eateries or some beautiful waterfront views. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to any and everyone. Definitely 5stars."

"The host reached out several times to ensure our stay was going well. We had absolutely fantastic stay celebrating our 28th anniversary. Salt Therapy was exactly as described and sparkling clean. The views of the river where amazing especially the sunrises. We spent alot of our stay playing games in the sunroof. We would definitely stay here again."

"The property was everything we wanted. It was very clean and comfortable and the A/C worked very well. The dock area was big and new. We caught our own crabs right from the dock and had a fresh crab boil for supper. Make sure you bring lights if you plan on using the dock at night. The stairs leading to dock are lit up but the dock is not. The covered deck was nice for early morning coffee and enjoying the outdoors in the midst of an afternoon shower. "The perfect retreat! An easy walk to the river, this spacious property is nestled in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The owner provides plenty of spices and pots/pans for cooking (which we did a couple nights), and offers lots of books and movies and games, too. We even dined on the back deck. This dog-friendly home gave us the r-n-r we were seeking, and we hope to return again!"

"Great house for our graduation weekend"

"My wife and I wanted to explore the NN region and started with Urbanna at this lovely house. Urbanna is charming and the house has a secluded, yet connected feel to the town. The view in the listing is understated -- it is fabulous. The house was well set up for weekenders and I can't think of anything I would change. This was an October stay, so temps were perfect and humidity was low. We plan to come back if possible!"
